Our Story

Our founder, Shahzaib Ahmed , didn't dream up Xeurix in a traditional boardroom—he found inspiration in the everyday struggles of corporate life. With firsthand experience working across finance, marketing, and operations, Shahzaib saw how overwhelmed hiring managers often made quick decisions just to fill a role. Resumes were barely glanced at, and while candidates seemed perfect on paper, the reality was different. New hires often lacked essential skills and struggled to fit into the company culture, leaving teams frustrated and demoralized.

As someone with a background in game programming and a passion for innovation, Shahzaib couldn't help but think, "There has to be a better way." One day, while playing SimCity, he had an epiphany: What if hiring was more like a game? Instead of candidates telling hiring managers what they could do, what if they could actually show it? What if the hiring process could be transformed into a simulation, where job seekers demonstrated their skills in real-world scenarios?

With that idea, Xeurix was born in 2021 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Combining the power of advanced 3D simulations and AI, Xeurix has created the world's most realistic job simulation platform—changing the way companies evaluate talent.
